Project Description: As part of a total reorganization of their IT business practices, the USPTO CIO office required program management and its financial management professional services to improve its performance and OMB compliance status. In June 2006, ProSol was asked to support the USPTO CIO office with an additional overall objective of better IT alignment with its
business processes. Within the month, we provided the intial staff of highly skilled professionals at very competitive prices. ProSol employees provide a variety of IT, Budget Analysis, Financial Management and Program Management expertise to the CIO. We support improvements across the enterprise IT framework including IT process improvement and development as well as evaluate the products and services that the USPTO utilizes to improve the performance of the OCIO itself.
