Client: MARSOC, Marine Special Operations School
Project Description: The Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC)’s Marine Special Operations School (MSOS) identified the need to augment the school house with qualified instructor and subject matter expertise training support. ProSol’s unique experience in tactical special operations allowed us to provide expert entry level special operations forces and advanced individual skills training. We are currently supporting training in the areas of Close Quarter Battle, Special Reconnaissance, and curriculum development, among others. Additionally, ProSol provides highly qualified medical and tactical safety support staff to ensure the safe and effective training of all MSOS students. ProSol’s dynamic, effective, and professional efforts are an integral part of the enhanced training currently required by our special operations Marines.
Task: IT Support Services
Client: Department of Labor
Project Description: The US Department of Labor was in need of a team to provide extensive technical, functional and organizational experience providing information technology support services. ProSol provides information technology support to the Department of Labor for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) under the Director of the Office of Financial Systems (OFS). Our team of skilled IT experts maintain a group of systems called the Department of Labor Accounting and Related Systems (DOLAR$). ProSol is playing a leading role in ensuring all payroll actions for DOL's workforce are accomplished in an effective and timely manner, serving over 150,000 employees.
Task: Watch Officer Support
Client: Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
Project Description: Under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) of the DHS, the Transportation Security Operations Center (TSOC) has a need for officers to provide tactical, operational and crisis management support to ensure successful execution of operations. ProSol's watch officers provide 24/7/365 representation, communications and domain awareness support to the TSOC. ProSol is responsible for successfully monitoring and reporting major incidents and violations within the US transportation system. We provide support in maintaining and periodically manning an alternate TSOC in the event of a major incident. Since May 2007, we have had the privilege of assisting the Transportation Security Operations Center (TSOC) in tracking, documenting, and resolving approximately 60% of all security related incidents that have affected the Nation's airports and airways.
Task: Culture and Language Training Support
Client: Center for Advanced Operational Cultural Learning (CAOCL)
Project Description: The USMC Center For Advanced Operational Culture Learning (CAOCL) was looking for support to develop resources and deliver training about the cultures and peoples where Marines will operate. Possessing a wealth of experience in this discipline, ProSol provides support to CAOCL with cultural intelligence expertise and works closely and pro-actively with a wide variety of organizations to develop cultural training tailored to individual Marines of all ranks and designed to meet future as well as current operational needs. The support that ProSol has provided is an essential element of preparing our warfighters for deployment.
Task: Program Support
Client: Wounded Warrior Battalion-East
Project Description: WWBn-E needed assistance in providing support to servicemen and women, and their families throughout all phases of recovery in order to assist in rehabilitation and transition. With a passion for supporting wounded warriors, ProSol assists the Battalion by providing services including but not limited to liaison services with veterans organizations and non-profit organizations; injured support cell services; family support coordination services and benefits/ resources/ non-medical case management services. Together, we help Marines and their families get through the rehabilitation process.
