Program and Project Management
ProSol is a leading service provider in the areas of Project, Program and Financial management. We offer comprehensive IT solutions to difficult problems that face many government agencies. ProSol follows industry standards for project management coupled with the methodology of CMMI. We work closely with our clients to design a solution tailored for their needs.
ProSol has worked closely with many government agency Chief Information Officer sponsored IT initiatives. We have also been instrumental in the establishment of Program Management Offices. We have used earned value management techniques and tools to assess the health of many of the projects. Our dashboard metrics and display also provided a high level view to leadership that aided in decision making regarding the portfolio of IT investments.
Our project management methodology aligns closely with the Project Management Institutes Project Management Book of Knowledge. Many of our staff are PMP certified and follow a rigorous project management discipline of planning, executing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of a project. We understand the special needs of our clients and can adapt to varying requirements. We have built specialized templates and checklists that reflect the needs of our customers.
Financial Management
Financial Management expertise includes budget management and execution. Our experience includes developing budgets using activity based costing. We also have analyzed budget expenditures and tracked budgets at the project and program level. ProSol worked with government staff to help develop budget projections for budget requests.
ProSol has developed life cycle costing budgets for Capital Planning and Investment Decisions Papers. We have worked closely with the CIO providing detailed analysis of projects out years cost. We also provided analysis of risk and alternative solutions that were used to for OMB 300 reporting. We have worked closely with our customer to build the business case for the OMB 300.
