Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position supporting FBI task force in the Counterterrorism Division that locates or tracks known or suspected foreign terrorists:
Mid Level FBI Counter Terrorism Task Force expert in collection, tracking, and management. This position provides technical support for implementation of an enterprise Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology. The individual(s) will be responsible to support development and maintenance of an organizational Requirements Management Plan for numerous technical and operational initiatives. This includes the collection, tracking, management, and oversight of technical and operational requirements, the analysis and traceability of the requirements, support for technical feasibility reviews, prioritization, task development and assignment, system testing and metrics. The position requires strong technical, communication, and organizational skills. The candidate must be a highly motivated individual who will function effectively in a challenging and dynamic government project environment.
In depth experience in requirements collection, tracking, and management; Possess excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem solving skills along with written and oral communication skills; Working knowledge of a Windows 2000 environment, Experience with industry standard Requirements Management software.
Education
Undergraduate degree (BS)
Years of Experience
3-5 years experience performing requirements analysis; Prior FBI, Counter terrorism or Law enforcement experience highly desireable.
Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI
