Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions supporting CIFA:

Support the documentation and administration of the Telelogic System Architect repository and provide EA related support to the Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Primary Duties:

Manage EA repository; Participate in operational and technical strategic planning meetings; Participate in Infrastructure, Application and System Engineering Boards; Facilitate work groups tasked with developing or capturing information in support to the EA; Model the relationship between current and target architectural components; Maintain alignment of target architecture and sequence plans with evolving business objectives and management priorities; Maintain an active relationship with support, operations and technology components to assist in assuring that technology is kept aligned with business objectives and management priorities; Proposed Enterprise best practices, Operational & Information Technology principals and standards

Soft Skills:

Strong conflict resolution skills; Good command of the English language; Good presentation and facilitation skills; Ability to think ‘out of the wrapper’; Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team; Ability to view business and technology issues from an Enterprise perspective; Ability to effectively communicate issues from a business and technology perspective; Able to work in an environment where frequent changes in task priorities are common

Knowledge Areas:

Understanding of Enterprise Data Life Cycle; Understanding of Requirements Management; Familiarized with FEAF architectural framework; A general understanding of Operational, Network, System and Application development concepts; Understanding of Configuration Management in regards to managing baselines

Education:

BS/BA degree; Exp with modeling tools (Telelogic); MS Office suite; Microsoft Visio; 8+ years exp

Clearance: TS/SCI preferred; TS (based on SSBI) with SCI eligibility will be considered
