Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions at our headquarters:
The e-Learning Producer/Project Manager shall have the following skills and responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating all types of, web projects, authored CD-ROM projects authored DVD projects, broadcast events, and video production projects
- Working with Program Managers to assess delivery modality infrastructure needs, learner needs and make recommendations as to the best and most efficacious way to achieve the learner performance and/or learning objectives; and when needed the best and most efficacious way to utilize technology to achieve the instructional goals and identified behavioral objectives.
- Assist in the directing of video production, audio production, and animation production projects
- Supervising and directing multimedia staff electronic programming staff and professionals during electronic multimedia development, as required.
- Communicating and coordinating with customer Project Managers, and e-Learning Producers while involved with Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation activities.
- Overall supervision of contractor employees to insure quality control
- Producing live distance learning activities; (for example: Live Meeting, Blackboard )and information broadcasts; video tapes, web courses, authored CD-ROMs and authored DVDs
- Interfacing with other agencies LMS, LCMS and/or CMS
The e-Learning Producer/Project Manager is a facilitator and coordinator on larger productions where the coordination of multiple agencies or stakeholders are involved. This role includes the set up and facilitation of virtual or face-to-face conferences, coordination and tracking of subject matter expert and agency deliverables and implementation concerns as well as tracking documentation and accounting for schedule and deliverables. The Project Manager also facilitates contractual interactions and the acceptance of deliverables. The Project Manager will be responsible for recruiting and tasking technical staff and should have solid technical understanding, and be able to speak to the following positions:
- Multimedia electronic format (web – CD – DVD) Programmer
- Multimedia Graphic Artist (2-D)
- Instructional Designer.
- Senior Instructional Designer.
- Project Manager.
- Script Writer
- Multimedia Animation Designer (3-D) and/or video compressionist
- DVD/CD-ROM Author
- Content Developer/Technical Web-Writer
- Information Architect.
- Usability Specialist..
- Data Base (DB) Engineer and Web Programmer
- Psychometrician
- 508 Graphic Design/Document Editor
