Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position supporting FBI task force in the Counterterrorism Division that locates or tracks known or suspected foreign terrorists:

This position supports the FBI CT task force Requirements and Data Management Group (RDMG). Duties include:

• Coordinate with intra and inter-agency data stewards to initiate data sharing.

• Develop and document processes that define data acquisition and management to ensure organizational data handling processes are in accordance with policies and directives.

• Submit and track requests to the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) for guidance regarding privacy, civil liberties, and data sharing

• Coordinate with and assist in the creation of metadata and data dictionaries as required.

• Serve as subject matter expert to operational units and management relating to current and requested FTTTF data collections.

• Research and investigate requested data collections for application to organizational programs and operations as necessary.

Required Hiring Criteria:

• Good written and verbal communications skills; customer-service oriented

• Adequate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

• Skills to gather, interpret, and compare data to produce reports and draw conclusions

Desired Hiring Criteria:

• Knowledge of Open and Public Source data collections

• Knowledge of FBI and Other Government Agency (OGA) data collections

• Prior experience collecting data, creating data dictionaries, or other metadata

Education

Undergraduate degree (BS)

Years of Experience

1-3 years experience in requirements and/or Data Management

Clearance: Top Secret (no open PR) (SCI Desired)
