Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions at Quantico:
Curriculum Development. This capability includes direct support to CAOCL regional desks, culture and language instructors, and in support the Interview / Debrief Team leader. The effort includes development of formal Programs of Instruction (POIs) according to the SAT (including Micro-Region Course 1 and 2), as well as appropriate handouts, manuals and computer based products to support the effort .
Education and Training Programs Development. The CAOCL Director is responsible for establishing a feasible and executable cultural training and education program for the Marine Corps’s Operating Forces, which will be monitored and maintained by CAOCL. This training will include individual and unit / organization training requirements based on individual Marine Corps cultural Training and Readiness standards and Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs). The Contractor will assist in the design and development of the following publications:
• Individual Training Standards (ITSs) in accordance with MCO P3500.72A, MCO1510.89B, MCO 1510.90A, and CJCSM 3500.04C;
• Culture and Language Pre-Deployment Training Program (PTP) based on CAOCLT&R Manual;
• Programs of Instruction (POIs);
• Course Descriptive Data (CDD);
• Master Lesson Files (MLFs);
• Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual compliant with MCO P3500.72A;
• Collective Training Standards (CTSs) structured around service-level METLs; and
• Methods of Evaluation / Exams.
Additional Skill Requirements:
Exceptional Writing, Speaking, and Briefing Skills, Competence with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Internet-based research and Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Individual Motivation. Military or Intelligence Experience, Foreign Language Ability, Extensive Travel to or Residence in Foreign Countries, Advanced Computer Skills; Including, but not limited to Databasing and Web Design with Editing Ability.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in an appropriate discipline Including, but not limited to; History, Political Science, Anthropology, Sociology or Education. Academic and work experience must include: Research and analysis, Curriculum development or Specific knowledge of a region or topic critical to CAOCL’s mission.
