Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions at the Pentagon:

Requirement Staff Officers to supporting the Army Battle Command Directorate. Contractor shall provide analysis and technical support to monitor system Intra-Army Interoperability Certification (IAIC) validation to ensure compliance prior to fielding of system. Provide analysis, engineering, and programmatic support, participate in Army Software Blocking forums, and provide recommendations for implementation and risk mitigation. Provide analysis and programmatic support and make recommendations on BC requirements, prioritization, and validation, and provide recommendations on emerging Battle Command requirements. Provide analysis and engineering support and make recommendations on Battle Command issues between and among the developers (PM/PEO) and users of Army War-fighting capability architecture. Provide analysis and programmatic support to develop command post (CP) standardization recommendations for Battle Command GOSC decision and determine operational Battle Command planning factors and conduct analysis to accomplish standardization of Army Command Post capabilities, configuration, structure, and training. Provide analysis and recommendations on issues with Army Campaign Plan Decision Points (DPs), BC as a Weapons System, Command Post Standardization initiatives, and any other Battle Command initiative related to the ACP decision points. Must have (1) knowledge and experience in the aforementioned areas; (2) demonstrated managerial abilities to include simultaneous management of multiple complex tasks and activities; (3) demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues; (4) demonstrated ability to prepare and brief statistical data, prepare reports and command level correspondence, and present briefings to General Officers.

**Desired experience includes recent operational experience, experience with Battle Command Systems (FBCB2).

Education:

Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree (Preferred); Pentagon Staff experience is necessary (prefer in the G-3/5/7)

Clearance: Secret (Top Secret preferred)
