Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions supporting the USMC on Camp Lejeune, NC

Special Reconnaissance Instructors shall: Assist in developing / providing instruction related to: Urban and Rural Combat Reconnaissance and Surveillance, Information Collection and Reporting Procedures, Close Target Reconnaissance and Close Access Persistent Surveillance, Target Acquisition, Exploitation, and Analysis, Technical Surveillance, Counter Terrorism and Counter Insurgency Instruction Assist in developing Periods of Instruction (POI’s) and Master Lesson Files (MLF’s) for ITC and Advanced Courses. Serve as an instructor / evaluator during ITC and IASC’s. Assist in the development and execution of exercises.

Special Reconnaissance Instructor

1. Personnel must be a graduate of a U.S. and/or allied SOF Assessment & Selection and Operator Qualification course with formal training and experience in SOF Special Reconnaissance in overt, clandestine, and covert SOF Operations

• Personnel must be familiar with Operational Risk Management, and be capable of receiving a Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer Certification.
• Personnel must have recent and relevant combat experience, and be familiar with current Special Reconnaissance and Site Exploitation TTP’s.
• Personnel must have experience as an instructor at a SOF Special Reconnaissance Course. Formal School Instructor Course (FSIC) or equivalent desired
• Personnel must have curriculum development experience (graduate of Curriculum Developers Course or equivalent) is desired.
• Personnel must posses advance Microsoft Office skills in ( Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Personnel must be capable of wearing organization PPE for 8 to 10 hours throughout training days.
