ProSol is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Project manager with 5-10 years of project management experience along with a 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study, MS Project, developing documentation, configuration management, and budgeting experience.   Hands-on, technical experience managing small to medium projects that require cross-functional participation and coordination is required. Work will include some management (50 – 75%) and some hands-on task completion (25 – 50%).   Candidates must be able to multi-task and have experience working with different software methodologies. Past experience juggling multiple priorities desired.  Qualified candidates must have solid project management experience including a solid understanding of system development and project lifecycles as well as earned value management and project scheduling.

Required Skills:

Candidates that have earned their PMP certification should be prepared to document their scope and size of the largest project they have worked on, providing as much detail as possible;   Individuals must be comfortable working with technologies hands-on and from an administrative and managerial focus. This is a permanent position. Clearance is preferred, but not required.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • 5-10 years experience configuration management
  • 4 year degree or equivalent technical study
  • MS Project experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Documentation development experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • COMPLETED PMP CERTIFICATION is a plus
