Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions at Marine Corps Engineering School (MCES):

Primary Duties: The employee will provide support to the Marine Corps Engineer School’s Training and Education Center of Excellence (MCETECOE). Duties will include but not be limited to the following:  Participate as core member of Mobile Training Team and Train The Trainer Program, instruct large groups of personnel at home station and abroad on concepts, tactics techniques and procedures for counter-Improvised Explosive Devices (Counter-IED), i.e. Markers and Indicators, Operating Counter Radio-Controlled Electronic Warfare (CREW) Systems, Staff Planning and Route Clearance in accordance with established Master Lesson Files. Secondary Duties: Support/Assist in the development of Improvised Explosive Device Defeat (IED-D) Program Of Instruction to include supporting documentation, i.e. Terminal and Enabling Learning Objectives and Performance Steps;  Research Allied, Joint and other service IED-D Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Lessons Learned,  and Doctrinal publications  to determine applicability for Marine Corps employment;   Support and provide input to local Lessons Learned /TTP Data Repository cataloging relevant after action reports, briefs and onsite interviews as reference material to support continued courseware development. As Required : Represent MCETECOE at IED-D forums, i.e. Working Groups (WGs), Integrated product Team (IPTs), conferences,  video teleconferences;  Support and administer exit surveys, instruction assessment forms and practical exams;  Participate in semi-annual courseware evaluations of IED-D POIs. Extensive travel is anticipated with this position both in and outside the Continental United States. 

Required Experience for the Job:

• Must have at least four years of progressive military academic, training and education experience.  Familiarity with Systems Approach to Training (SAT) process and supporting analyzes and methodologies.  Certified instructors preferred;   In lieu of certified instructor credentials, candidate must have 2+ years of experience in military instruction.  Must be proficient with the following Microsoft (MS) Office Applications: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point. Candidates selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.  Extensive travel is anticipated with this position both in and outside the Continental United States. Current Secret clearance required!

Personal Skills Required for this Position:

• Must possess exceptionally well developed communication skills;  ability to speak/instruct infront of large groups, epress thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely in both oral and written format. Must be capable of multitasking; working several complex and diverse tasks with simultaneous, or near simultaneous deadlines in a dynamic fast paced environment.  Must be well organized, punctual, reliable and conscientious, and capable of managing resources and schedules to affect deadlines.  Must be team oriented, ability to positively interact with diverse groups of people to achieve common objectives. Must present a professional and neat appearance.  

Education:

• Must have 6+ years of progressive military academic, training and education experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate discipline. Or 4+ years of progressive military academic, training and education experience and an Associates Degree.

Clearance: Secret; (Top Secret preferred)
