Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions at ProSol Headquarters:
Responsible for:
- Plans, directs and develops relationships with targeted agencies, tracks procurements and legislation affecting procurements and competitive intelligence on other firms serving targeted agencies.
- Executes all aspects of Sales function for opportunities, including relationship development, pre-sales opportunity assessment, solution selling, proposal development, contract management, existing account management, sales reporting & presentations.
- Responsibilities also include new business development and managing existing relationships with target agencies.
- Selects, develops and provides strategic leadership to sales and marketing staff.
- Builds a winning sales team surrounding each opportunity, drawing from sales support, marketing, proposal development and technical teams.
- Recommends and initiates enhancements to the sales and marketing process.
- Establishes goals, analyzes growth and provides accurate, complete and timely submission of required progress reports, market forecasts, quotations, and budgets.
- Researches and makes recommendations on new markets and add-on services to provide to new and existing customers.
- Partners with ProSol leadership to keep them informed of activities, review strategic direction and progress toward financial goals.
- Manages an active, healthy relationship with our customers
- Protects the interests of the Company in accordance with legal requirements and governmental guidelines.
- Responsible for B&P budgets.
- Ensures proper record keeping, documentation of business development activities and dispersal activities adhere to company policies
- Position will report directly to the CEO of the company.
Special Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with senior customer executives and the company’s internal management team, articulate ideas and solutions, present and speak at key customer meetings and industry conferences.
- Experience working directly in government environment selling Professional IT Services to government entities.
- Strong verifiable industry relationships required and a track record of building and growing a sales pipeline.
- Stable job history
- Background selling technology to the DOD, DHS or DoJ
- Prior military experience and a Top Secret Clearance are a plus
Education:
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university with coursework in sales, marketing, business administration or related field. Advanced degree in any discipline acceptable as well. 10+ years government sales.
