Scott McCarthy

Scott McCarthy is an original member of the Marine Corps Engineer Center of Excellence Mobile Training Team and Train the Trainer programs.  Scott has received numerous accolades for his performance, including two previous quarterly bonus awards and a spot award.  He is a dynamic, energetic team player who always completes tasks on time, willingly helps others and never complains about the long hours and frequent trips away from home that are necessary to accomplish the mission.  Because of his experience, common sense and subject-matter expertise, his opinions are often sought by seniors, peers and the students he teaches.  Scott continually looks for ways to improve his courses of instruction, his teaching techniques, and to make the instruction more relevant to the students.  A true professional and team player, he is dynamic and energetic in tackling every task assigned, continually strives to improve himself and others in order to provide the best, most up-to-date instruction to the service men and women going into harms way, and is a positive role model for all.  He epitomizes the core values that ProSol espouses.
