Allen Corporation of America - New to CEOss, Allen offers fresh ideas and a new approach to MARCORSYSCOM Training and Logistics needs. Allen, a small business headquartered in Fairfax, VA, provides consulting expertise in the analysis, design, deployment, customization, operations and maintenance of IT products. Allen Corporation specializes in several major technology service and product arenas, including: Training & Distributed Learning, IT and Cyber Security, Enterprise Management, Digital Communications, and Logistics. Allen Corporation was recently named as one of the fastest growing technology companies in North America. Additionally, Allen’s Gargoyle Investigator product, an information security tool, was named a Best Buy by SC Magazine.

COmputing TechnologieS (COTS) - A veteran subcontractor to CEOss, COTS brings a specific training niche to Team ProSol. CoTs is an award winning Vietnam-era veteran owned small professional information technology and systems engineering company founded in 1992. CoTs has nearly 400 personnel specializing in system design and software development, database engineering, doctrine and concept design and development, studies and analysis, internet/intranet information systems development, enterprise operations, help desk and call desk operations, training and education, and document digitization/management.

Decision Engineering Associates (DEA) - Another veteran CEOss subcontractor, DEA brings specific logistics trade studies and cost benefit analysis, risk analysis and recommendations expertise to Team ProSol. DEA is a small, veteran-owned business headquartered in Woodbridge, Virginia. DEA is a full service provider of Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support specializing in addressing the range of activities that support operations and investments for agencies of the federal government. It provides technical and program support for the Marine Corps Wargaming Division within the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory at Quantico; analytical and research tasks for the Marine Corps Studies and Analyses Branch at the Marine Corps Combat Development Command at Quantico; and program support for the Marine Corps Maritime Prepositioning Ships Program in the Installation and Logistics and Plans, Policies, and Operations Departments at Headquarters, U. S. Marine Corps.

DEA has been in business since 1999 and holds a Secret facilities clearance. DEA’s core competencies begin with defining an operational or support concept and documenting it in a Concept of Operations or Employment, or other doctrinal publications. DEA conducts Capabilities Based Assessments in accordance with policy directives on the Joint Capabilities Integrations Development System (JCIDS). As necessary, it produces capabilities documents or doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, facilities (DOTMLPF) change requests. If its clients embark on a materiel solution to a capability gap or shortfall, DEA is able to perform all the activities that lead to a Milestone A or B decision, or similar decision points for other government agencies. Its approach to business is to employ the best people to perform tasks using documented, repeatable processes that produce high quality products. DEA designs quality into its products and aims to produce value for its clients by delivering answers to problems on time and on budget.

Exeter Government Services ( Exeter) - New to CEOss this year, Exeter has worked with many MCSC groups via its support of HQMC. Exeter is a privately held small business founded in 2002 with over 60 employees and annual revenue of over $7 million. Exeter provides software development, systems integration and management consulting services to a diverse group of clients spanning DoD and federal civilian agencies. Its executive team has a track record of success in both the government and the private sectors, developing proven proprietary methodologies and resulting in its performance earning client accolades. The company embodies the positive aspects of small business in the government consulting arena; small enough to allow direct employee and client access to management, yet large enough to meet our commitments and address all client needs. Over 20% of its staff (including the CEO and the President) are veterans, with military backgrounds in C2, infantry, aviation, logistics, and intelligence. The company culture emphasizes professional development, training, and industry certification to attract and retain highly talented technical staff.

JB Management (JBM) - New to CEOss, JBM brings specialty fielding and logistics experience for programs that are being used by the Marine Corps. JB Management is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing professional support and highly skilled technical services to clients worldwide. Founded in 1991, JB Management has grown to approximately 140 employees with annual revenue of $23M by supporting a customer base in multi-faceted business endeavors through demonstrated proven performance and the creation of long term relationships. JB Management is organized into Four Business Components: Information Operations, Software Development, Integration & Configuration Management, Logistics Support Services, and Systems Engineering & Integration. Within each core business area, JBM also provides a Field Service Representative (FSR) capability to meet our customers’ needs. Today, JB Management also provides operational systems integration, logistics services and information operations assistance to US Forces deployed to Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan.

Universal Systems & Technology, Inc (UNITECH) - A prime in the SE domain, UNITECH’s modeling and simulation and training expertise offer Team ProSol a well rounded capability in that arena. Founded in 1988, UNITECH started as a small courseware development practice for the National Guard and grew to five simulation and training production centers; a large Washington, DC area-based program management office; and a performance support Center of Excellence with nearly 250 training development staff.

Through long-term, dynamic customer partnerships, UNITECH has evolved into a respected, mid-sized provider of robust solutions in the areas of: Training (Domestic and International), Simulation, Homeland Defense and Emergency Response, and Business Solutions.
