Medical Insurance

Eligibility: All full-time regular (FTR) and part-time regular (PTR) employees are eligible for benefits. Premiums prorated for RPT employees.
Carrier: CareFirst Blue Cross-Blue Shield
Type of Benefits: Blue Preferred (PPO) Blue Choice HMO or Blue Preferred High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

Coverage is available for spouse, dependents and qualified domestic partners*. Blue Choice HMO is available to employees working in the local Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia area. Employees in all locations nationally or internationally are eligible for the Blue Preferred PPO High Option or Blue Preferred PPO High Deductible Health Plan. The CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield is one of the largest PPO networks in the United States. Out of network and global coverage is also available with the PPO plans. Prescription Drug Plan

E ligibility: All FTR and PTR employees, spouse, dependents and domestic partner enrolled in one of the Care First employer coverage plans.

Carrier: CareFirst Blue Cross-Blue Shield

Type of Benefits: This is a Participating Pharmacy Program. Pharmacy benefits are not offered separately, only employees enrolled in one of the medical programs are eligible. The co-payment for prescriptions filled at participating pharmacies is as follows:

Blue Cross designated non-preferred/non formulary brand name prescription – $35 ($45/HDHP)
Blue Cross designated preferred/formulary brand name prescription – $20 ($25/HDHP)
Generic prescription – $10 (All plans)

Dental Insurance

Eligibility: All FTR and PTR employees are eligible.
Carrier: Metlife

Type of Benefits: This is a Participating Provider Program, however reduced out of network benefits are available .

Dental insurance is available to all RFT and RPT employees spouse, dependents and/or domestic partner*. Premiums are 100% employer paid for FTR employees and available with low premiums to RPT employees. Dental coverage is available independently of other group plan participation. Vision Insurance

Eligibility: All FTR and PTR employees are eligible.

Carrier: Spectera

Type of Benefits: This is a Participating Provider Vision Program. Reduced out of network benefits are available.

Benefits are offered to all FTR and PTR employees, spouse, dependents and/or domestic partner*, Premiums are based on full or part time status. Vision coverage is available independently of other group plan participation. For more information go to: spectera.com.

Life Insurance/ADD

Eligibility: All FTR and PTR employees are eligible once the 90 day introductory period is complete.

Carrier: Prudential

Type of Benefits: All employees are provided with 100% employer paid basic term life insurance as outlined below. Optional term life coverage is available at the same group rates to all FTR employees. Employees that purchase optional life are eligible to purchase spouse and child coverage.

Disability Insurance

Eligibility: All FTR employees are eligible for short and long term disability coverage.

Carrier: Prudential

Type of Benefits : All FTR employees are provided with 100% employer paid short and long term disability as provided below. Disability coverage is currently not available for RPT employees.

Coverage:

 

Short Term

60% of weekly earnings, to a maximum of $1,500 weekly benefits, for 11 weeks maximum.

Long Term

60% of monthly earnings, to a maximum of $10,000.

Long Term Care

Eligibility: All FTR employees are eligible once the 90 day introductory period is complete.

Carrier: UNUM

Type of Benefits : All RFT employees are provided with 100% paid basic policy. The basic policy b enefits are paid at $2,000 per month for 3 years once an injury or illness has impaired the independent functioning of two or more activities of daily living. Examples would be bathing, dressing, moving from one location to another, eating, continence or toileting. Optional benefits are available to qualified family members between the ages of 18 and 80.

Employee Assistance Program

All employees are eligible to use the Employee Assistance Program free of charge. Assistance is available for financial concerns and referrals, legal issues including rent and mortgage contracts as well as mental health and other emergency assistance. Confidential employee access is available 24/7 by telephone or online at guidanceresources.com.

Travel Assistance Program

Assistance is available 24/7 for employees and dependents when on personal or business travel throughout the world. Services include assistance with referrals to English speaking medical, dental and vision providers, guaranteed hospital admission, critical care monitoring, prescription medicine dispatch, emergency evacuation, legal referrals, general travel information and much more.

Flexible Spending Savings

Provides pretax deductions for medical insurance premiums, dependent day care and uncovered eligible medical expenses. The program offers debit cards and an after plan year “grace period” to use unspent funds.

Retirement Plans

Carrier: Guardian 401K
Eligibility: FTR and PTR employees after 90 days of service who work 500 hours per year or more.
Contributions: ProSol matches’ employee contribution up to 5%. 100% vesting on program eligibility.

Profit Share Plan

ProSol offers a profit sharing plan for full time and part time employees who have completed one full calendar year of service. The employee has to be employed as of January 1st and remain an employee through December 31st, working a minimum of 500 hours during the income year time period in order to be eligible for a plan contribution. The plan administrator provides regular statements to all eligible employees. The CEO at his discretion may determine the amount to be distributed each calendar year.

Tuition/Education Assistance

ProSol encourages educational/professional development for all employees. Employees may choose to participate in the quarterly book reviews, college courses, professional training, professional certification and development. In order to tailor the educational program to all business relevant education, all reimbursement is granted on a case by case basis, submitted by employee’s manager and pending corporate approval. The maximum reimbursement per calendar year is $3,000 for FTR and $1,000 for PTR employees.

Performance and Incentive Bonuses:

The objective of ProSol’s compensation program is to compensate each employee fairly and equitably. Our performance review process is designed to reward the behaviors that drive and produce value to our customers. There is a quarterly performance bonus plan to recognize and award employees for excellence in service to our customers and the overall mission of the company, Additionally, ProSol provides spot awards, eagle awards (employee of the quarter) and employee of the year awards for employees who make exceptional contributions. Employee referral and business development bonuses are also available.

*Premiums and income tax liability for domestic partner coverage are adjusted based on IRS regulations.
