In August 2016 ProSol was notified that its teams had won two new contracts, a one-year Marine Corps TECOM BPA Student Physical Performance and Attrition Reporting effort and a multi-year exercise support contract for MARSOC called Raven/SOFLE.

TECOM has been at the forefront of a thorough analysis of job related physical requirements & physical capabilities that have led to the development and implementation of gender neutral Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) Specific Physical Standards (MSPS) to assess the occupational fitness of Marines. As these standards are injected into the training continuum of formal schools, as part of a team ProSol monitors student attrition rates to provide real time attrition data to leadership and decision makers and to support TECOM in responding to Department of Defense and other agencies’ requests for information. This support is provided at the Schools of Infantry (SOI), who have the largest student population, to collect, input, and track student performance, and injury attrition data.  ProSol supports the SOI’s in compiling, organizing, and reporting to TECOM the results of present and emerging physical assessments and all sources of attrition.  The primary places of service are SOI East, Camp Lejeune, NC and the SOI West, Camp Pendleton, CA.

MARSOC has a requirement to conduct precise and effective special operations that are fully coordinated and synchronized among all components of USSOCOM and key interagency organizations, and an ongoing imperative to swiftly evaluate emerging Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and subsequently integrate proven methodologies. MARSOC is responsible for planning and managing exercise programs involving participation from MARSOC Special Operations Battalions (MSOB), MARSOC Companies (MSOC) and MARSOC Teams (MSOT). The MSOCs are comprised of MARSOC operators with a variety of skill levels and a diverse collection of enablers that will be engaged in the full spectrum of Joint Special Operations.  The MARSOC G7 Exercise Branch (EB) develops, coordinates and executes the recurring Component Series of Unit Readiness Exercises (URX) and the SOF support to Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Pre-Deployment Exercise (PDE) programs. We refer to these exercises as Raven/SOFLE.  The Component Series URX exercises and MAGTF PDE are designed to exercise, evaluate and certify the MSOCs in the collective tasks needed to conduct Special Operations during Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO). MARSOC trains and certifies the MSOCs of 1st, 2d, and 3d MSOBs for worldwide deployment in support of USSOCOM missions. This support includes exercise design, development and management, scenario construction and tailored training support for the Component Series URX program and MAGTF PDE.
