Marine Corps Center for Advanced Operational Culture Learning

The Marine Corps Center for Advanced Operational Culture Learning (CAOCL) ensures Marines are equipped with operationally-relevant regional, cultural, and linguistic knowledge to allow them to plan and operate successfully in the joint and combined global expeditionary environment. ProSol develops, resources, and delivers training about the culture, religion, language, and peoples where Marines will operate. This interaction is in the form of training and instruction, after-action reports, and formal briefings to government officials providing them the most up-to-date human intelligence, cultural, and regional situational awareness.

Marine Corps Center for Irregular Warfare

The Center for Irregular Warfare (CIW) generates doctrinal publications and coordinates and represents the Marine Corps’ interests within the joint and combined operational and planning environments. ProSol’s subject matter experts and staff inform, guide, and help initiate the CIW effort with information operations and interagency expertise. The CIW program demonstrates ProSol’s expertise in establishing and maximizing liaison, identifying and implementing best practices, leveraging traditional and non-traditional partner resources, supporting doctrinal development, and integrating IW principles into training and education programs.

Marine Corps Special Operations School

The Marine Special Operations School’s (MSOS) Derna Bridge Exercise is a 24/7 event lasting 24 days, and serves as the final pre-graduation crucible for Marines attending MSOS. ProSol teamed with recognized industry leaders and independent partners to provide specialized role player, aviation, logistics, subject matter expert and program management support for the real-time, scenario-driven exercise, and adapted quickly to all the customer’s emerging training requirements over the course of the exercise.
