MARSOC G-9 Recruiting, Screening, Assessment and Selection (RSAS)
The U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC), HQ Marine Special Operations School (MSOS) was historically responsible for the Assessment and Selection (A&S) Program for MARSOC. MARSOC recently decided to stand up a G-9 by consolidating Recruiting, Screening, Assessment and Selection (RSAS), and Marketing and Advertising for the purpose of creating a dedicated organization to improve and mitigate a critical friction point with the Command. Therefore, Team ProSol now is responsible for recruiting, screening, and assigning interested and qualified personnel from the Marine Corps to attend MARSOC A&S courses, with further on assignment to fill Critical Skills Operator and Special Operations Capability Specialist billets within MARSOC. The Recruiting, Screening, Assessment, and Selection Program (RSAS) recruits, screens, assesses, selects, and trains Marines and Sailors for special operations assignments in the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) with the intent to create the special operations force of choice from within the Marine Corps.

Marine Corps Special Operations School Derna Bridge Exercise
The Marine Special Operations School’s Derna Bridge Exercise is a 24/7 event lasting 21 days, and serves as the final pre-graduation crucible for Marines attending MSOS. ProSol has provided specialized role-playing, aviation, logistics, SME, and program management support for the real-time, scenario-driven exercise and quickly adapted to all of the customer’s emerging training requirements over the course of the exercise.
