Transportation Security Administration Transportation Security Operation Center
The Transportation Security Operation Center maintains situational awareness for the nation’s transportation infrastructure and all security related events. ProSol provides 24/7/365 support collecting, researching, documenting, and disseminating information relevant to safeguarding the Nation’s airports, airways, railways and mass transit. ProSol staff participated in coordination with Detroit Metropolitan airport authorities, Detroit law enforcement, and TSA leadership to address the 2009 Christmas Bomber incident.
Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Emergency Response Support
The 45th Space Wing mission at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station employs ProSol as the primary point of contact for all emergency management functions. Our personnel prepare for, prevent, respond to, recover from, and mitigate threats. We write and maintain the stand-alone Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan for the installation. ProSol plans, develops, coordinates, and evaluates Air Force required emergency management exercises with scenarios that include major accidents, launch anomalies, natural disasters, and hazardous material spills/releases. We perform Exercise Evaluation Team responsibilities, and host the weekly exercise planning meetings in our Emergency Operations Center.

ProSol provides Information Assurance support for four major systems. Our security engineers conduct and review monthly vulnerability and risk assessments using automated vulnerability assessment tools, detailed manual reviews, and analyses of vulnerability scans and centralized audit logs. ProSol developed and maintains the client’s Cyber Security Program Plan section on risk assessment in accordance with NIST and DOL regulations, and develops and conducts reviews in accordance with the plan. ProSol developed the security C&A package for a suite of heterogeneous custom-developed and commercial off-the-shelf applications that support the timekeeping, personnel action, and payroll processing needs of all 17,000 DOL employees.
